Larry and I went to East Grand Plains Elementary school and were in 4-H together. He came to my birthday parties and I went to his. Wished I could have known Larry better and longer. His good character was always apparent. The obituary provided a wonderful description of all that Larry loved and accomplished. He made his family, farm and community better. His was a life well lived. Larry, I hope our paths cross again one day.
Happy Upcoming Birthday, Danny! A long, long time ago in a city far away for some of us, there was a group of young people who graduated from that city;s only high school. It was the largest class of all and then they all scattered. Some not far but many went a long way away. They were successful to go into all manner of careers for which they were suited. Disappointments, hard times, death, and the vicissitudes of life, strengthened and made this class the best there ever was. i could go on and on, but I am convinced that all of them had purpose filled lives that made parents, teachers, families and Roswell proud. But we cannot live in the past nor can we sit on our laurels. If we are not in the business of serving others, we've missed the boat. So, howl at the moon, It's natural as a coyote. Celebrate your birthday and have some fun. These things and many more are on my heart and I am happy to count each grad a blessing to my life. Be strong and be of good cheer.
KLUJICS! Colossians 3:14-15.

Here are my amazing grandsons. Each one has his own gift. It is funny that they overlap in some traits and are so different in others. Tonight is date night so Jan and I get to spoil them for a couple of hours. Let's see...sugar, tv, video games...what am I missing?

Happy New Year Ann! I just figured something out...you are older than me :) Oh well, I think I am catching up somehow. I love the Jeremiah 33:3 verse that Paul Viera mentioned. I think a lot of us will be calling on the Lord this year. I know I will!
Always,
Dan
Happy Birthday, Dan! Enjoy it immensely and have fun. Hopefully, the temperature has come down and you may be able to feel a little bit of fall in the air. May you and Janet be blessed and safe where you are. Also may your kids be a great part of your celebration.
Take care. KLUJICS! Jeremiah 33:3

Ann, I just discovered your website filled with your artwork. My favorite is Samoyed Love. I had a Sammy when I first moved to Oregon. She was a great pet and I always loved to tell people that only two animals on earth have black tongues...Samoyeds and Polar Bears. It is interesting that as we get older our memories become more important to us. Thank you for stirring up mine with your art. Short family update. We are all free of Covid and healthy. Grandkids are doing virtual schooling. Jan and I are feeling blessed. She just got the Covid vaccine because of her hospital employment. I am using my photography interest coupled with my online marketing to do 360 degree virtual panoramic tours for vineyards...at least that is my intent. Webite at https://oregon360tours.com/ And, we are all looking forward to the new year. Oh...and, (drumroll please) your birthday is soon. Happy 39! God Bless You and your family and business!
Always,
Dan

Terry, I see you have a birthday coming up! Congratulations, you are older than me...and there are fewer and fewer who can make that claim! Hope you are enjoying your family and getting ready for Christmas. What is Las Cruces like now? I remember going there for some 4-H contests. Do you have grandkids? Hope your wife is comfortable after surgery. Take care my friend!

What? How can it be your birthday already? My idea is one birthday every 10 years. Although, I admit this is not working very well. Can't we boycott birthdays? Oh, well...if it really is your birthday I will be thinking of you and wishing you the best.
Always my best,
Dan
Happy Birthday, Dan! Hope everything is beautiful for you in Lake Oswego. Please post some pictures of the area around there. I have this picture in my mind of a beautiful forested area but I don't know. Here's hoping you have a great birthday and lots of fun. Go Coyotes. KLUJICS! Psalm 145: 8 - 13.
