RE: elementary memories Posted Wednesday, August 11, 2010 04:26 PM I've got a ton of elementary stories, but they all involve trying to out fox the Nuns at St Peters. Won some, lost some, rained the rest of them out. Here's a short list of our classmates who also attended St. Petes. Bob Bergner, Tim Whalen, Mark Kastner, Mark Denney, Milt Werner, Randy Lyons, Herb Lowrey, and I'm certain I have left off a few and listed none of the girls. Joe |

RE: elementary memories Posted Thursday, August 12, 2010 08:00 AM Yes Dee you all are important to me. But time grows short and every minute I spend away limits the precious minutes I get to spend with the fabulous 5 grand children I want to remember and be rememberd by. So my place is here this year. |

RE: elementary memories Posted Thursday, August 12, 2010 08:14 AM Ken, AWWWW - that's so sweet - what a great granddad you are! I'm having fun showing my 9 grandkids this website and telling them all about our experiences growing up and I can prove most of it to them by this website. They love it and can't believe that our class is doing all of this. They are very impressed - so I'm hoping it will give them better values, sense of connection with others and give them some great tools too! See I'm a RHS cheerleader thru and thru!!!!! LOL Joe, My son went to private catholic military school for 5 years! So I've heard some great stories from him!!! Did you got o NMMI for high school or college? Dee |

RE: elementary memories Posted Thursday, August 12, 2010 08:21 AM No Dee I was never a "flathead", just had to say that one more time. I do remember filling their covers with shaving cream in the coat room in Carmello's. Lots of talk about Greer's, does anyone remember the other end of the drag at Wiley's. |

RE: elementary memories Posted Thursday, August 12, 2010 11:34 AM Ken - of course - that's how we got 200 miles a night on our parent's cars! The way I remember it though, we mainly just circled Wylies - honking our horns - then headed back to Greer's or Carmello's to hang out some - then head back to Wylie's - over and over again. Sure was fun though - right? Mary Luck Starling |
